Ten-year-old Lexi is a charming basset/beagle mix. She is a calm, easy-going and happy dog. At only 28 pounds, Lexis is a convenient, compact size, too. Lexi has one cloudy eye, but the vet says that it is nothing serious and has ruled out glaucoma. She is scheduled for pretty extensive dental treatment on July 16, but will be available for adoption as soon as she has recovered.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Special Needs: Lexi arrived with severe dental disease which required extraction of all of her teeth. She requires soft food and her tongue will probably always hang out of her mouth.
